Her book Sun Cheese (named after a solar-powered product made on her regenerative holisticly managed farm) discusses how megafauna maintained climate and extremely abundant ecosystems before being driven to extinction by humans as they moved onto each continent, and how we can mimic those systems or support those who are to create a desireable future.
